A Pre-Teaching Session is arranged before a student commences regular specialist literacy and/ or maths tuition.
This is undertaken by the specialist teacher with whom your child or young person will work and informs the individualised teaching programme to be implemented
A short report is provided containing test results and the initial targets for teaching.
Please note that if following this session, it is determined that the specialist teaching available at SDC is not suitable for your child, on-going regular teaching will not be offered.
